Appointments
Due to the amount of advance preparation involved with certain treatments, a credit card may be required to secure your appointment. Credit cards are also required when booking two or more services on the same day. Your card will not be charged until the services are rendered or unless the appointment is improperly cancelled or rescheduled (see below).
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to unwind in our reception area, fill out a client information form, consult with your therapist, and receive the full length of your service. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time. Therefore, the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice are subject to a one hour minimum charge per service.
